As part of our onboarding process, we follow a streamlined KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure to safeguard your business and ensure a secure financial ecosystem. With just a few simple steps, you can complete your registration, verify your identity, and start accepting payments with confidence.

🔹 Step 1: Visit the Signup Page​

🔹 Step 2: Fill Out the Signup Form​

  • Complete all required fields marked with a red asterisk (*).
  • Make sure to follow the Tooltip for appropriate validation of form.
  • Below the screenshot, you can find the definition of each field in the form.

🔹 Step 3: Click "Create Account"​

Once all the fields are filled, click the Create Account button at the bottom.
If successful:

  • You will receive an email at your registered Email ID.
  • A popup will appear:
    “Thank you for Registering” - we have sent an activation email to your registered email ID.

🔹 Step 4: Account Verification​

If your system uses email or admin approval:

  • ✅ Check your email for a verification link and click the Verify button.

  • A popup will be generated stating:
    “Account Activated Successfully”
    You can then Login directly from a button provided.

🔹 Step 5: Login to Merchant Dashboard​

Enter your email and password to access the dashboard.

You can:

  • Set up payment links or QR codes
  • Manage transactions
  • Monitor settlement and reports
