Status Enquiry
This will allow user to do status enquiry for existing pay-outs.

caution
- All request fields are mandatory except TXN_ID and ORDER_ID. Either of them or both can be provided.
- If multiple transactions exist against an ORDER_ID, then all the records will be sent in response. It is recommended to send the request with ORDER_ID and TXN_ID to receive single record.
